The City of Duncan is a compact urban community, committed to delivering public services that are accessible and inclusive for everyone. The Duncan Accessibility Plan (DAP) represents our commitment to continuous improvement on the policies, practices and built environment that impact our citizens and employees to remove and prevent barriers to full participation with our organization.

The DAP was approved by City Council on July 17, 2023, and was developed with input from the City of Duncan's Accessibility Advisory Committee. The Committee represents a diverse group of people with knowledge and lived experience of disability issues.

We encourage you to check out the DAP, and let us know your thoughts! This page is a forum through which the City will receive feedback on accessibility and inclusiveness. If you have an idea, or have experienced a challenge navigating our City or accessing services we provide, please let us know.
